Born out of the desire for junior golf clothing and
accessories that would fit our aspiring golfers, we delivered The Junior Golf
Clothing Company. Our past searches
yielded little more than a limited line of junior golf shirts and shorts for young
golfers. In order to meet the needs of
our growing youth, we would often purchase adult golf accessories and attempt
to alter them to size.
Let's face it, piercing a hole in a $120 "JL" belt
and wrapping the excess leather around and around the child's waist is not only
painful, but also highly ineffective.
How can our newest generations of golfers grow and mature in their games
if they are not comfortable...to play and to express themselves? Shouldn't we nurture them as individuals as
well as nurture the development of their games?
We emphatically think so!
The other apparent problem we discovered as
we progressed was the great need for individuality. At Worlds one year, the founder's son was
"lost in a sea of solid red shirts", he stated. Yes, this was a safety issue to be sure. Beyond that, did he want his son to be
"one of the shirts"...blending into the crowd? Absolutely not! His desires, which most likely mirror that of
many parents of Junior Golfers today are to enable his son to...be unique, express
his love for golf with his clubs, show his passion for the game with his faith and
integrity, and to display his personality through garments that do not merely
cover, but serve as a beacon for the bright, talented boy wearing them.
As our company matures, it is our distinct
desire to provide quality youth golf clothing products for Junior Golfers...in their
sizes, with a variety of original styles that allow them to
preserve the traditions of the game, yet develop an edge to to express their
individuality.
We hope that The Junior Golf Clothing Company
will be recognized as one which puts the needs, hopes, and desires of the
Juniors first. We seek to assist them on
their journey as they develop into tomorrow's professional golfers...
and to become the
best they can be.
